Something broke

Tell me what you were doing and what happened instead. Your iPhone model and iOS version help; a screenshot helps more. There is no crash reporter in the app, so a bug I am not told about is a bug I do not know exists.

Something is missing

Ideas are welcome, especially the ones that make the app do less. Psalmwell is meant to stay small.

About a translation

The most common letter I get is about translations. Psalmwell carries BSB and KJV because both are public domain; NIV, ESV and NLT cannot be licensed for an app like this one, so asking me for them will not help — but telling me which translation you need, and in which language, does. Version 1.0 ships English scripture only, and that list is what decides what comes next.

About a purchase

Pro is sold through the App Store, so Apple holds the billing. To cancel a subscription, open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from me — I can't issue one and never see your payment details. Anything else about Pro, write to me and I'll help.

What I can't do

I can't recover your data from a lost or reset device. Nothing is stored on a server, which is what keeps it private — and also means there is no copy to restore from unless you had turned iCloud backup on.
